1. Provider
Rock Paper Bluetooth is provided by Aralel GmbH. Contact: aralel.com/contact-us or contact@aralel.com.
2. Acceptance
By downloading or using Rock Paper Bluetooth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. Service description
Rock Paper Bluetooth is an iOS multiplayer game using Bluetooth for nearby gameplay sessions. Availability, features, and technical requirements may change over time.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rock Paper Bluetooth for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
6. Intellectual property
All app content, branding, graphics, and software code are owned by or licensed to Aralel GmbH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy and data protection
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Where GDPR applies, data is processed according to applicable legal bases and user rights.
8. Third-party services
Rock Paper Bluetooth may rely on third-party platforms and SDKs (for example Apple services and advertising providers). Their terms and privacy notices may also apply.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, performance, legal compliance, or user experience.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock Paper Bluetooth is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aralel GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. EU consumer information
If you are an EU consumer, mandatory rights under your national consumer law remain unaffected. Any contractual terms are interpreted in line with mandatory EU and local consumer protections.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
